FWIW Recently the subject of this company that "has everything" has come up on the list. Imagine my surprise after spending long, long hours over the recent holiday weekend to place an order online (their servers were experiencing some difficulties from all the storms we've had) that they are within about 40 minutes drive from me! Hurray!!! I asked while I was there about a catalogue and they said, sure! I filled out a form and they will be mailing me a catalogue free of charge and shipped free too. It's roughly the size of a large print Bible but is about 8" thick! Their stuff is expensive but in most cases they have it and it's in stock. I think I'll be using them again.
