Missing strings, like some broken bass strings and hammers sticking in between
existing strings, so cause is the strings or absence of.

customer calls complaining of two sticking keys. Got there and checked it
out. Problem was NOT in the action, or keys. what was causing the keys to
stick?

PS:

Read all the way to the end!

  The Donkey in the Well
One day, a farmer's donkey falls into a well. The animal cries
  piteously
for hours as the farmer tries to figure out what to do. Finally,
  he
  decides
that the animal is old, and the well needs to be covereds up
  anyway, it
just isn't worth the effort to retrieve the donkey.
He invites all his neighbors to come over and help him cover uo
  the
  well.
They each grab a shovel and begin to shovel dirt into the well.
  At
  first,
the donkey realizes their intention and cries out horribly. But
  to their
  amazement, he suddenly becomes silent.
They shovel in more dirt and the farmer looks into the well.
  What he
  sees
  astonishes him.
The donkey shakes the dirt off his back and takes one step up!
  As the
farmer and his neighbors continue to shovel in dirt, they are
  all amazed
when eventually the donkey steps up over the well wall and trots
  off!

The Moral: Life is going to shovel all kinds of dirt on you. The
  trick
  to
getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up.
Each of our troubles is a stepping stone and we can get out of
  the
  deepest
wells just by not stopping, never giving up!

Shake it off and take a step up! Remember the five simple rules
  for
  happiness:
  1. Free your heart from hatred.
  2. Free your mind from worries.
  3. Live simply.
  4. Give more.
  5. Expect less.

  O.K., enough of the B.S.
The donkey later comes back, catching the farmer alone in the
  field, and
proceeds to kick the shhh out of him!
Then he goes over to each of the neighbors farms, and kick the
  shhh out
  of
  each of them for helping!

The REAL Moral of the Story:
When you try to cover your ass, it always comes back to bite
  you!
