Pedal rods

A customer called me and said that she had lost the set of 3 brass pedal
rods for her baby grand during a move from another town.  She has the
type of lyre with a block of wood at each end where the dowels would go.
The back of the pedal is not exposed, so I can't use the adjustable
barrel type.

Can replacement rods be obtained, if so, how difficult are they to
install?
