Tuning problems under capo bar

Jonathan, Michael, and list,

In my "newbie's" practice, I see lots of pianos that haven't been tuned in several years or thousands of miles. I carry a 4 oz. bottle of ProTek CLP and a small artist brush, with which I liberally wet the wire where it crosses the pressure bar, v-bar, and understring felt. This dramatically improves rendering.
