Low budget, make it work. > For the cheapest, easiest fix, I would try the liquid wrench. If that doesn't' work, don't bother with the let off, unless the hammers are blocking against the strings. Then try lowering the entire rail by bending the brackets. Otherwise, do onto (that one) as you would have them do onto others.
