Ed, Bill. Been thinking about this 1 cent tolerance a bit.... that actually implies a 2 cent tolerance for octaves, and a 4 cent tolerance for difference in neighboring octaves. I have a feeling that tho your point goes to showing what you can actaully get away with... that these "worst case" possiblities are not really what you had in mind. or what ?
