    Hi David:
    Bill Spurlock did a comprehensive series of articles in PTJ on keytop
replacement.  His drawings are worth looking at and describe what you are
interested in.  They are 3/91, 5/91 and 6/91.  I used his artwork (with
permission) in my keytop classes at the last three conventions.  One
caution, your Dremel tool may not have enough power to mill wood from the
top of the keys, as it takes a fairly thick cut.  You also need a special
router bit, you may need to make more than one pass to reach the depth
necessary, and accuracy is important for a well done job.  Good Luck.....
