This morning I tuned a little Winter & Co. Console/Spinet belonging to a Lutheran Church. I tune this little gem every six months. It's in one of those churches that only uses heat and A/C on Wed. nights and Sunday mornings. In it's very best tuning--which I take extra time and pains to give it since they are a regular client, use it regularly, don't have a lot of $$$ and I also tune for the organist, etc.-- it has a pretty authentic honky tonk quality to it. I'm sure they will lend it to you ...
