Ivory Keys banned?

Steven,

I'm probably going to need one of Conrad's flame suits for this but as far
as I know, there is no such thing as a "Steinway authorized" anything.
Except maybe for the dealer!! And even that is no guarantee of anything.
I'm lucky here in Houston. The dealer has some good techs!!!
