Don't Know Jacks

A subheading under tight center pin: too much glue used in bushing the jack 
center. Kimball  consoles are really good at this one. If you try to ease 
it with alcohol or heat, the glue just melts -- the thing works just fine 
-- you leave, it cools, the glue hardens again, the jack gets stuck worse 
than before.

Remove the part, remove any obvious gobs of old glue, ream well, repin.
