Keep some Baby wipes with you and clean your hands after each tuning. That's
what I've done.

Here's another thing to watch out for. A couple of times in the last few
years I have picked up a fingernail fungus - usually starts on the outside
of my left thumbnail. Anyone else have this problem when handling MANY
pianos? Any good tips?
