Yes..

Download a copy of Tunelab 97. For each note in the top octave read the
2nd partial of the octave below with tunelab and then tune the upper note
to that frequency. That will give you a perfect 2:1 octave up there, and
give you a big hint as to how to solve other tuning problems in this
fashion.
