Aural tuning with a head cold

Heads up for those of you rushing out to take miracle cold supplements.

Echinacea in particular can be an insult to your body. :)

Not to say that garlic, and other herbs/supplements don't work, just
saying that eating right, and getting lots of sleep are your best bets.

The 3 G's (Ginko, Gensing, Garlic, are all blood thinners, combine that
with asperin (which many take regularly), and you've got some
coagulation issues.

I know, I know, off topic. But important to keep in mind as we all get
colds this time of year.

Preventative maintenance is your best bet.

Zinc echinacea lozenges ( available at good health
food stores ) are the best thing for colds. These have
truly, rapidly worked for me, and several of my
friends.
