Stretch....What's it all about

I think I would equate stretch knowlege with musical knowlege. One of the
prime rules in Jazz, is you need to learn the rudiments and chordal rules
before you can break the rules. I think the same appliess to "Stretch". We
each have our own preferences. Myself, I prefer to tune as "Narrow" as the
piano will allow, rather than the opposite, which is what many prefer.
