Plug Cutters, ....again

I purchase "Tenon Cutters" from various "Woodworking Catalogues". Most of
these are made in China. There are various sizes available and will cut to a
2" depth. The hard part is learning how to sharpen these beasties! <G> as
they are made of standard(?) tool steel! Be aware of the fact that the
cutting of plugs is not a safe thing to do, unless you take all the
precautions. DAMHIK!
And then there is the "Fixture" that is necessary to drill the existing
pinblock; the taking of a drilling pattern, (with appropriate re-alignment),
and then veneering the top surface for cosmetics. <G> In all, a whole new
learning process. :-(
