Sorry for berating this, but I feel I must be misunderstanding. You charge $145 for a pitch raise up to 100 cents? Your tuning fee would then be added to the $145? Or does the $145 include a tuning and a pitch raise of up to 100 cents?

If you get $145 for the PR only - hey, more power to ya! $145 for what most folks seem to claim should take 10 or 15 minutes? Holy Hanna, forget this rebuilding stuff........... Even a DC attorney could live on that!
