Used Yamahas

Greetings, 
   Just finished looking at a slew of used Yamaha C-3 grands.  Priced about 
$19,000.  They were all 10 years old and the actions were in pretty good 
shape.  All the boards showed a little bridge roll and just barely enough 
crown to measure.  
   One  eight year old C-7 was in nice shape, priced at $24,000. 
   All pianos are ebony and all the pinblocks felt good.   
    These all seem about 15% too high, but I may be out of the loop as far as 
what things are selling for in this brand.  Anybody got thoughts or recent 
experience as to what the market for them really is?
