The slipping becket question/ problem in the Kawai RX-6 has been solved. Seems that the warehouse tech put in a new string just before sending the piano to the branch store. Masterfully done! Coils are perfect, same as the factory; tuning pins are at the same height, no technicians tracks anywhere. Thanks to all who offered advice. Paul Chick
