The 1st thing I would try is drill a hole down the middle of the tuning pin and use an easyout extracter. An easyout that would work on a 3/16 screw should work here. An alternate method would be to drill the tuning pin out with 3/8 drill and plug the hole and redrill for the tuning pin.
