How to fix a broken bottom board on an upright?/Piano?

This looks like either a French or, more than likely a German Upright,
pre-1900. Look at the type of casters! Nothing looks broken to me, either!
Hmmmm? The construction is Sugar Pine, so, if there is broken area, that I'm
not seeing in the photos, it is easy to chisel/inlay, etc.
