Oil based lacquer

Oil based lacquer? Do you mean aromatic hydrocarbon
thinner-type, as opposed to water based? That's just
regular lacquer available at any good paint store, in
spray cans or gallon cans for your spray gun.
Nitrocellulose lacquer is the type used on pianos, not
acrylic, etc..
