  Subject: puzzler

Here's a little puzzler, which I solved on my own piano:

On some keys there is (or was, before I fixed it) a slight tapping =
sound
during playing when the finger hits the key. It doesn't happen all the
time. It sounds as if the key covering is loose, but that's not the
  problem.

Vertical piano. ~2 yrs old (i.e. not an old clunker).
