Buy the PTG Journals on CD - then you will have all the Journals. I don't think there are any books available on this specific title - at least none from the last 80 years or so. Go to the conventions and attend Del's classes. And when you see him in the hall, give him a nudge and ask "hey Del, how's the book coming along"?
