Admittedly Very Off-Topic, but may fit in the catagory of customer =
relations ....

Listmates:

I'm sure many of us have had it happen ... we befriend an elderly person =
years ago. We may know her as a neighbor, or as someone we tuned a =
piano for. Years have passed since the last time we spoke to this grand =
old person ... so many years that when added to the person's age when we =
last saw her, we presume that she had passed on by now. ... ... ...

Such a person in my life is Emily, an architect my family knew off the =
coast of Maine. We figured that she was born about the same time as my =
grandmother, who passed on several years ago at the age of 91. Last =
week my father found out that Emily is very much alive and kicking at =
the age of 98. Unbelievable! He's planning on visiting her this week, =
and I can hardly wait to hear his report about her.
