aural tuning question

6th partial of the lower note of the octave, tuned to the 3rd partial of =
the upper note of the octave. Same for a 4:2 octave used in the tenor =
and a 2:1 octave  in the high treble +1-2 cent for the RPT tuning test. =
Of course there are gray areas in-between the sections.
