Absolutely.  I've been saying the same thing for years.  Between the US 
"special ops," the Israeli Mossad, and the British MI5, I would think 
terminating that dude with extreme prejudice would be eminently doable.  
And if it's not....what the HELL are all that money and training and 
those intelligence resources good for, anyway?

The problem is, who comes next, and can we be assured it will be any 
different?

You can bet your bottom dollar that the leaders of Congress are demanding 
hard, and I mean HARD evidence, current evidence, picture and artifact 
evidence, of Iraqui weapons of mass destruction before they'll sign off 
on spending massive blood and treasure to get this guy.

Question:  is Saddam suicidal? If he launched a strike against Israel or 
Turkey, or anyone, with nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons, he 
would be sealing his own imminent, immediate doom.  That is 
incontrovertible. A slam dunk. No question.  Are ya feelin' 
lucky......punk?  

I don't think that's gonna happen.
