Richard, I've been wanting to respond.  

Drinking water and passing water don't count, you know.

You can be God if you are willing to assume the blame for all the things that is traditionally blamed on God.  The Buck really does stop at you then.

I would , however, encourage you not to send your son.  The present religious leaders would abandon their anti-death penalty stance and find a way to execute him forthwith.  They will then try to blame it on the republicans.  You sure you want to be God??
