What is an "Orang Alert?" We expecting trouble from apes?

And BTW list, does HT stand for Historical Temperament or Historical
Tantrum? I don't know about everyone else, but I'd like to see one of these
options exercised:

1. Drop it.
2. Kiss and make up.
3. Take the debates private.
4. Duke it out with hand grenades at 5 paces.
