The keys are great stock to make plugs for filling the holes left by removing lead. Measure the overall keyboard width. If the sides of the keysticks are not worn they are potential key onlays for restoring another keyboard. Plane the top and slice off the top to a suitable thickness, the rest of the key is for plugs. As far as removing every nut and bolt, it's not worth the effort. Grab a few. How many do you really need. The letoff rails make nice grand damper racks when the screws are removed and the holes enlarged. The keyslip makes a nice straightedge or hammer support for voicing. The lid and bottom panel can be used as portable work surfaces for keys or parts.
