[pianotech] new list features

I'm with you.( # 3.) There is enough sorting to do without the clutter
of pianotech. being in the heading each time. We seem to use so much
abrev. ( IMO ) that this seems a contradiction, no ?? In any case, I think
that you do such a great job, I'm certainly not going to second guess you.
My PC skills are suspect at best so that any change takes some relearning,
same as tuning and other stuff. We'll get used to whatever you decide.
