My vote is:
         1:remove it completely
         2:shorten it to [pt] and move it to the end of the subject line
         3:move it to the end of the subject line as-is

Can't incoming mail be filtered into specific mailboxes from a keyword 
anywhere in the subject line? If so, #2 should come closest to satisfying 
everyone.

I'd also like to see the new flock of links in the header go away. The info 
footer link should take us to somewhere where all these others are listed 
without us having to look at them and scroll past them with every post. 
Easy and unobtrusive one stop shopping without the "ads", as it were.
