If you say so, Don.

But that doesn't explain why a huge new gas-fired turbine is being built
about twenty miles down the road which is expected to generate umpteen
megawatts at a projected wholesale rate of $0.32 per kw. And they expect to
make money--guess how and from whom.

There was silence at the various required, but rigged, public input meetings
when several folks pointed out that at that rate both wind and solar were
less costly both to install and run. (Ok, up here in the left hand corner of
the country solar doesn't make much sense, but wind certainly does.)
