1) I always ask customers if they want to be on my call list.  this way I 
have their permission to call.

2) I have an assistant who makes the calls for me.  It's better to have 
someone represent you.

3) If someone does not want to be on the list or, they don't book after 3 
calls, they get a postcard and no further action is taken by me until they 
call.
