The customer complained right away that it felt heavier, so I dropped the let off back down. I agree with your assessment that the lack of lost motion does make the action feel tighter. And if a customer is not accustomed to that, she will not like it. Just give it a little and see what she says. The easiest way to do that on all the keys at once, BTW, is to raise the hammer rail.
