When you cough you feel a bulge down real low. Usually from lifting something heavy unless you already have one and just aggravate it. Then take your fingers and push your intestines back inside your abdominal cavity. More likely you have a groin pull from the twisting motion. Check with you're pro football trainer for treatment of that.
