Right. That's complete crown failure. I rarely see complete crown failure 
in any grand, high quality or low, new or old. I do, however, see a lot of 
negative crown from octave 5 up.

And what might the probable location be for soundboard cracks, besides in 
the panel?

         Teacher? would that be the preeminent crack right next to the long 
bridge per chance?
