OT? How our brains react to music.

Ron & LIst,

Not weird, many people of my acquaintance feel that music is a distraction
when doing something else, especially when doing something that requires
intense concentration.

But will someone explain this: I like listening to music while tuning,
especially piano concertos, especially Mozart concertos. I feel less
stressed out at the end of the tuning, and the tuning comes out the same
whether listening to music or not.
