Nice words on the matter. It boils down to being able to deal with the fact that people have differing views on just about any subject, and politics is perhaps most illustrative of this. In a country where so many freedoms are held so fundementally to be human right, it is incredible that so many could become so confused as to how to stand up for these values. Wanting someone murdered because he offers a different point of view then your own, in the name of freedom. The level of deepness to this thinking is simply astounding. Not really far from bombing some country because they stand for something different when it comes down to it.
