I have never used one. My clear understanding is that they are far, far out-dated. Many would argue that they were not of much use even when new. I have no doubt that some tuners (tooners?) still use them. I'll bet you a dozen donuts that those using a sight-o-tuner are not likely tuners that attend the Annual PTG conferences!
