Suggestions warmly welcomed..

I think this is a good way to resolve it unless his store is out of the way in your regular business travel. Put it in your schedule when in the area. How long can it take to drop in and present your bill. Determine when he is likely in, out for lunch? Does he have an office he can hide in? Somthing like this happening in front of customers on a regular basis is something he won't want. I'd go in the first time with a "what can we do about this" attitude, non-confrontational. It may be that not coming in ranting and raving each time, just business like attitude. You could have a friend come as a witness for future proceedings. All this might very well rattle him. But whatever you do, write off the $ and if it comes through, yahoo! If not, your over it already. Don't hesitate to let other technicians in the area know the situation.
