Hi Phil,
               Small claims court is the cheapest route here in Canada, for 
debts less than $5K.
The collection agencies keep 25% plus. How ever they will keep hounding him.
Darn Dealers!!!!!!!!!   Big grin.
Dealer I work for never pays me.
