This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Well, yes, BUT .... I have made a bunchabucks taking care of all the = pianos at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO and payment is no problem except I have = to take payment on credit cards or get "certified" for direct deposit to = my bank. I've really had no hassles and I've used one of my customer's = (now a friend) business merchant account ... but it's a Bed & Breakfast = and two of the pianos are for the Army Band and their credit cards won't = go through on an "entertainment or lodging" business ... AND their are 30,000 people living on that base. Many are single people = in barracks but many others are families with pianos ... or people who = live in nearby communities and have pianos ... and have friends with = pianos ... and attend churches with pianos, etc. etc. etc.=20 SO the business is very worthwhile to me as a marketing "center of = influence," for the implied credibility (little do they know, ha!) and = for the direct business as well ... except for this one stupid little = problem, which I shall resolve ... THEREFORE, though I can certainly believe that some gov't business would = be more trouble than it's worth, I would not suggest arbitrarily turning = down such opportunities just because people have had problems with a = government account in the past or heard horror stories ...=20 BECAUSE the folks who run those operations are just people like you and = me (mostly) -- some are idiots and/or jerks; others will go out of their = way to be helpful. I just happen to have lucked into a nest of the = helpful, cooperative kind.=20 Hey, it can happen. Even with the government!
