a - a potential for either more sratches from handeling or less sratches
from being 'stored'.

b - will most likely need to be tuned more frequently because of the
movement(not always, but plan on it).

c - a potential for losing legs and/or the bench

d - see all of the above.

No, I'm not being a wise guy..these are the potentials.
