Everett Pianos

I went armed with my allen wrench. This Everett opened from the front,
hinges in the back. Two swivels and the front slid off. No tools. 1973 (the
year this one was made) was the year Yamaha bought them according to Pierce.
Did they make these changes? When did they move the factory south?
