oversize pins in a doped block

Mike: I would think twice about restringing a doped block. I have seen a
doped block out of the piano, and what the doping does to the wood is ugly.
I really doubt that the pinblock is going to hold up very long.  Others may
have had tried restringing a doped block with success, but the rebuilders
that I know have always said that once a block was doped, that was the end
of its useful life.
