I've seen a few in institutional situations that seen to "hold up" quite=20=

well.
That said, they will react quite a bit to the extremes of North East=20
climate and institutional heating systems. Major pitch adjustments and=20=

lots of capstan adjustment (either the felt shrinks & swells incredibly,=20=

or the keyboard flexs a lot -- probably both), judicious flange screw=20
tightening.
There will also be the occasional hammer head which needs to be reglued.
If a DC system could be installed and maintained, it would be very=20
beneficial.
