My list would include, 
Stieffs,
Conover and Conover Cables,
Krakauer
Bush and Lane
Bush and Gerts
late 20's Knabes
late 20's Chickerings
Steinerts
some Humes

The ultimate authority on this subject would probably be Jack Wyatt (I think he was there when these pianos were being built). (:)
