Jim, It does have a mortise, or, tongue, but no screws visible from underneath. If I start to pull the keyslip out after removing the screw from under the bass end keyblock, I think the next screwhead becomes visible from underneath the keyframe. I just can't believe that I have to take all the keys off and remove the keyframe just to shim the keyslip or space the keys. William R.
