Pin Blocks and OS pins

Hi Joe,
          A slight variation of your theme. I use the appropriate bit in a
Tee wrench, and hand ream them. One respected local tech, has mentioned
that I repin a little on the tight side, compared to the new blocks, that
have been drilled in the drill press. New blocks, I use the same technique
as Ron. (double drilling)Second cut is removing about .020".
