Yes, I found out the hard, and somewhat snotty, way about Yamaha's policy. I personally don't see why you would penalize an innocent consumer for a company's lack of control over their own name/inventory/whatever..but at the same time, I understand and somewhat agree that they HAVE to take a stand, be it right or wrong in our eyes, or the consumer's eyes.
